I love Luke’s Inside Out sandwiches.We had the vegetarian and shrimp sandwiches and they were a delicious balance of flavors with plenty of perfectly fresh vegetables, sauces and a side of house made Parmesan chips. The Gibson serves an authentic chelada that has just the right amount of spice and tang.

Luke’s Inside Out on South Lamar. I can honestly say that Luke’s has the best sandwiches in town. While you’re having a drink next door at the Gibson Bar, Luke’s will bring your sandwich to you.
